Itinerary 2 – Duration 6 Days – Rasabi Kili Safari

Amboseli – Lake Naivasha – Maasai Mara

Day 1 – Nairobi to Amboseli

Your Safari Guide will meet you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi.
You will begin the journey to Amboseli National Park (226 kilometres / 140 miles).
Enjoy lunch at Amboseli Serena Lodge.
Your first game-drive will be this afternoon at a time convenient to you. Return to the Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Amboseli

A full day in Amboseli National Park.
Morning game-drive and then lunch at the Amboseli Serena Lodge. Afternoon game-drive and then return to Amboseli Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you travel north west to Lake Naivasha (323 km / 201 mi).
Lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant in Langata, a suburb of Nairobi (delicious vegetarian options are available).
Dinner and overnight stay at Naivasha Simba Lodge.

Day 4 – Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara

After breakfast you drive to the Great Rift Valley and on to the Maasai Mara National Reserve (251 km / 156 mi). Lunch at Mara Simba Lodge.

Day 5 – Maasai Mara

A wonderful opportunity to take an optional early morning hot-air balloon flight over the Maasai Mara followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
Alternatively, take an early morning game-drive, returning for breakfast at the Mara Simba Lodge.
After breakfast enjoy further game-drives before and/or after lunch as you wish.
Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Mara Simba Lodge.

Day 6 – Maasai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast a final game-drive through the Maasai Mara en-route to Nairobi (266 km / 165 mi).
Your Safari Guide will escort you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home.
